In a nutshell; our primary role is to engage the youth at all levels – especially at the county and national level – with a long term goal of reaching the international level. The youth find themselves in a crucial stage in their lives. A stage coupled with a phase of transition from childhood to adulthood, biologically, socially and economically. By engaging the youth in various and multifaceted active learning activities – such as Leadership Trainings, Development Workshops, Dialogues, Youth Debates and Discussions, Community Service, Holiday/Boot Camps and Teambuilding Camps, Essay Writing Competitions–we aim to provide mentorship, development and leadership skills in the youth. This in turn creates awareness on various issues facing the country, Africa and the world at large; builds self-confidence, personal and social development and interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, and thus triggers active and effective youth participation in development and governance.

Young men and women as active citizens are able to give shape to their present and future.
